• Elm company launches its latest electronic services next week

                The electronic services company (Elm ) announced the next week as as the date of the launch of the platform by the Ministry of Transportation and the directing companies where the application will start in the Riyadh region, and the period will not exceed 30 days, to get to know the notes before launching the service officially in all Saudi areas after gaining the approval by the Ministry of transportation.
    In a workshop titled (electronic information services of Elm company), which
    Asharqia Chamber hosted on Wednesday in its headquarters in Dammam and a number of company officials spoke on many of the systems and services by the company to obtain government services in a shorter time, effort and money, and contributing to the improvement of quality goods and services.
     
    The head of the direct sales team in (Elm) Majed Al Ghamdi, said the new systems designed by the company in cooperation with various government agencies aimed at the transition to the electronic system in all of the services provided, pointing that (Elm) launched lately many government regulations such as (Tamm) system, which currently serves about 260,000 customers in the Kingdom, as well as a system (Mukeem), which serves about 40 thousand clients, in addition to (Had) and (Masarat) and finally (Wassel) system .
    He said that the number of companies registered in the system (Wassel) was about(50 companies), and the number continues to grow of recording of  two companies daily, referring to the obligatory of the registration on the companies by the Ministry of Transportation, which does not allow non Saudis to work in this but through an official registered company.
    And about Had e- blog, Al Ghamdi said, it is an electronic blog enables institutions to obtain entry permits for individuals and vehicles to ports in which the security is by the General Directorate of Border Guardian, so that all actions are dealt with electronically without the need for any paper transactions.
    The Director of the company accounts Majid Al Salam said that the system (Naqil) is a blog that enables individuals and companies to provide facilities and operating licenses and, drivers licenses services through the e-Services  blogs of the Public Transportation Committee. So that all procedures are electronically viewed without the need for any paper transactions. He said that this system is designed to automate the development and public transportation companies and individuals services, and services include services for licenses, and drivers licenses, and operating vehicles licenses.
    Abdullah Khuraiji talked about the system (Masarat) is an integrated cloud service that manage a fleet  efficiently by providing tracking and live monitoring of the fleet in addition to the operating management and maintenance to as well as the provision of a specialized application for the management of rental vehicles that is integrated with the service (Tamm) for the issuance of authorizations, the system (Shomoos) to provide it with the necessary data, noting that all of the above serves the  indicators panel and the analytical reports to support operational efficiency and reducing the time and costs.
    He said that the service advantages of managing the fleet records (vehicle information record, drivers, and cadres of the administration), and operating management (road trips planning and scheduling work of drivers), and maintenance management (maintenance schedules for vehicles Planning), and the Department of Vehicle Leasing (leasing course of the vehicle delivery, with the link to (Tamm and Shomoos ) service with the application on smart devices for work indicators), in addition to the live tracking of the fleet, a live monitoring of vehicles on the map with the application of smart devices
    And the system (Wassel) Saleh Al Ghamdi spoke and said that this system achieves several goals, notably the preservation of the rights of the interested parties, and raising the level of security and safety, and raising the percentage of settlement, providing reports and smart statistics, and creating investment opportunities in the transportation sector.
